It's football season. As the high school teams of rugged atheletes take the field on their way to the league championships while the well rehearsed and popular cheerleaders lead the spirit rallies, let us not forget about the people in the stands who are just as rugged individuals attending every home game in the chilly inclimate weather. These certain students suffer from cold fingers, sore butts and maniacal tirades from a charismatic leader. They have no choice, they must attend each and every home game or suffer the consequences. More often than not, they are scorned for their participation in the Friday night revelries. You either love them or hate them as they take up one whole section of the stands.
