This year, Mother Nature has displayed an overwhelming spectrum of autumnal color. It was one year ago this week that I (Spence) took up photography.  My camera of choice is my cell phone (a perfect choice confirmed by Annie Leibovitz).  While out walking, I'll photograph objects that attract my eye and promptly text them to Kate. Many times, I do this when Kate or I are traveling apart as a way to stay connected. Ultimately, Kate is the only viewer of these photographs as they are soon deleted on both of our cell phones.
