It's a person who gets paid to come up with creative ways to obfuscate matters of importance so that the average person says, "oh yeah, now I understand! Witness the current political campaigns, local, state and national. There are a whole bunch of "Inovation Diffusion Consultants" currently being employed to further ones message. At least someone has a job ehh?
